Mission Statement

Mission Statement of Club GLOW Kavarna:

We wish to promote the ideals of Camp GLOW, which include but are not limited to: leadership, teamwork, communication, goal setting and achieving our dreams. Through the guidance of previous participants of Camp GLOW, we will instill within our club a sense of confidence and self-esteem which will carry over to all members of the community thorugh our actions. We will use environmental awareness, community outreach and fundraising to help enrish and nourish the hearts and minds of all members involved.

Our primary goals will be:

Orchestrating community projects for the beautification of kavarna as well as creating greater social awareness for the environment.
Creating a bridge between different countries to help promote a better understanding of cultures
Weekly discussion groups which address issues prevelanet to the age, location and situations we all face currently
Use of games and activities to help with physical fitness as well as a means to deal with stress
Exploring the natural world around us through eco-walks and field trips

And lastly, to be a constant source of inspiration, support and encouragement to all involved.
